Métropolitain is home to the largest oyster bar in Ottawa. Every Thursday, all day, it’s Buck-a-Shuck: $1 oysters, no minimum, no catch.

Beyond Thursdays, our raw bar runs daily with a rotating selection of fresh oysters from both coasts, shucked to order and served on ice with classic mignonette, cocktail sauce, and lemon.
