Sarah Chown becomes partner at Metropolitain

It is with great excitement that we announce Sarah Chown has joined us as a Partner at The Met.

She started as a hostess at Empire Grill in 1999, and worked her way through all the front of house and administration roles until Metropolitain opened in 2005. Sarah moved off the floor to serve as Finance Manager for the 2 restaurants, adding The Grand when it opened in 2009. She became Operations and Finance manager in 2012 when our group of restaurants continued to expand.
In 2015 we welcomed her back to the floor again, where her passion for building customer relations shines though.

We are so lucky and couldn't be happier to now have her as a partner.
